Nearly a third of the patients treated with the combination therapy (30.1%) experienced tumor shrinkage, with three of them exhibiting a complete response and showing no detectable signs of the tumor after a median follow-up of 21.5 months.

In contrast to numerous vaccine candidates utilizing messenger RNA (mRNA) technology, the Geneos treatment is a DNA vaccine that introduces the genetic code of mutated proteins into cells via a small electrical impulse. Each vaccine has the capability to target up to 40 mutated genes.
