Elon Musk Faces Lawsuit Over Election Fraud ClaimsA U.S. judge approved a lawsuit after Musk promised voters a million-dollar prize that lacked true odds.
- Elon Musk must answer to fraud allegations linked to a Trump campaign lottery in Austin court.
- The plaintiff contended that the chance to win the promised million dollars was not genuine.
- Musk pledged to distribute one million dollars daily to supporters signing a petition before the election.
- The billionaire backed Trump with more than $250 million before their public fallout over policy issues.
The plaintiff Jacqueline McAferty credibly argued that she had no real chance of winning a million dollars.— This statement comes from the court ruling that supports the lawsuit against Elon Musk.
