- The 30-second commercial shows Affleck serving customers at a Dunkin’ drive-through in Medford, Massachusetts.
- Some customers reacted with surprise or failed to recognise the actor, while others apparently disapproved of his service.
- He also said he was lobbying to use the most interesting reactions in edgier social-media spots.
- At the end, Jennifer Lopez drives to the window and asks Affleck to get her a glazed doughnut.
It’s Boston, after all, so we had some rather coarse and agitated people who were willing to voice their displeasure in a colourful way. And I’m still lobbying to include the most interesting of those in some of the edgiest social spots.— Ben Affleck, in an interview with The Wall Street Journal
