Battlefield 6 Delivers Big Battles, Limited DestructionLaunching Oct 10, Battlefield 6 features 41 weapons but restrictive destruction and locked gadgets delay full tactical play.
- Battlefield 6 maintains its large-scale squad combat with vehicles while adopting faster-paced arena shooter elements.
- Destruction visuals are detailed but offer minimal strategic value, as only outer building walls collapse.
- The controversial open weapon system lets all classes use any weapon, causing mixed reactions among players.
- Many powerful weapons and gadgets require significant leveling, creating a slow progression curve for new players.
The destruction graphics are great. Their combat impact, not so much.— EA DICE on the destruction mechanics in Battlefield 6, which are visually impressive but not effective in gameplay.
