- The method replaces the launch file of the free-to-play game Trove with a file developed by dpadGuy, causing GeForce NOW to open a full Windows desktop instead.
- Zortos demonstrated Wallpaper Engine and LM Studio running the Gemma 4 language model locally on NVIDIA’s cloud GPU, while other users have reportedly installed Grand Theft Auto V.
- Access works only with paid GeForce NOW memberships, not the free tier or Alliance Partner services; browser downloads and session lengths remain limited, and closing File Explorer ends the session.
- The Performance and Ultimate tiers each include 100GB of single-session storage, while persistent storage costs $2.99 monthly for 200GB, $4.99 for 500GB, or $7.99 for 1TB; NVIDIA had issued neither a statement nor a patch by publication.
