- The 42-year-old Hassan Jihad Ibn Kariem from Atlanta was riding Goliath with his son Monday afternoon.
- Initial police findings indicate he was ejected, struck other riders, and fell beneath the attraction.
- Footage shows the train stopped near Goliath’s 200-foot peak, while riders were evacuated.
- The company said nine similar attractions across its parks had been temporarily closed as a precaution.
I cannot imagine the horror the patrons and employees witnessed today, and my heart aches for the family who lost a loved one.
